Synygy Racks Up 53rd Consecutive Quarter of Profitability
August 1, 2005—Synygy, Inc., the largest provider of Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) solutions, today announced that for the period ending June 30, 2005, the company achieved its 53rd consecutive quarter of profitability. Synygy sold nearly $4 million in new business this past quarter. Synygy also saw its base of recurring revenue grow as a result of a change in pricing from up-front license fees back to subscription fees and an increase in the demand for its hosted software-as-a-service and managed services solutions.
CIGNA Selects Synygy’s Enterprise Incentive Management Software
July 19, 2005 —Synygy Inc. today announced that CIGNA, one of the nation´s largest providers of employee benefits products and services, is using Synygy´s hosted software-as-a-service solution to manage the incentive compensation plans for its Group Insurance division. The software was successfully configured in four months, adding to Synygy´s long track record of EIM implementations completed in between three and six months.

Net profit rose 21 percent. Cash generated by operating activities increased 28 percent.
