Synygy Enters into Significant Expansion of Sales Compensation Management Agreement with U.S. Cellular |

Chester, Pa., August 25, 2009—Synygy Inc., a recognized authority in sales performance management (SPM) and the most experienced provider of sales compensation management (SCM) solutions, today announced a SCM contract extension and expansion with Chicago-based U.S. Cellular, one of Synygy’s top-ten largest clients.
Four years ago, U.S. Cellular partnered with Synygy to automate a portion of its SCM processes and to assume responsibility for the ongoing processing of the sales incentive compensation for 2,200 of the company’s associates and agent-channel representatives. “We value our partnership with Synygy,” said Jim Holmes, Sr. Director of Sales Operations at U.S. Cellular. “Their solutions offer us flexibility and free-up time spent on administrative tasks so that our associates can remain focused on serving our customers.” The expansion project adds some 1,600 participants to the work that Synygy is doing, including U.S. Cellular’s sales management team and direct-channel representatives. “When we started the U.S. Cellular project, we had no experience in the telecommunications sector,” said Mark A.
