Synygy Announces Best Quarterly Performance in 18-Year History

Contract Wins, Expansions, and Renewals Add Up to Record Profit

Chester, Pa., May 5, 2009 —Synygy, Inc., the most experienced provider of sales performance management (SPM) solutions, today announced positive results for the quarter ending March 31, 2009, including record-high quarterly profits as a result of new client wins, contract expansions, and contract renewals.

Synygy’s results elsewhere on the financial front were also positive:

• Contracts totaling $11.2 million signed in the first quarter
• Increases in gross margins achieved across all service offerings
• Revenue under contract for all of 2009 already expected to cover 92% of forecasted 2009 expenses (with nine months of selling remaining in the year)

Other notable first quarter achievements included:

• Implementations completed for three large clients that were signed in the fourth quarter of 2008, demonstrating an ability to very rapidly implement even the largest and most complex projects.
• New releases of SYNYGY DATA™ and SYNYGY PORTAL™, key modules in Synygy’s industry-leading, 100% web-native SPM software suite
• Inclusion as the top Rising Star in the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals™ (IAOP™) 2009 Global Outsourcing 100™ list of leading service providers.
