Synygy Announces Availability of the Mobile Edition of SYNYGY PORTAL™ For Use with iPhone, BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile Devices


Chester, Pa., May 26, 2009—Synygy Inc., the most experienced provider of sales performance management (SPM) solutions, today announced the launch of the mobile edition of SYNYGY PORTAL™, an application that allows salespeople, sales managers, sales executives, and sales operations managers to manage content across the entire suite of Synygy’s award-winning SPM applications from their smartphones.

The mobile edition of SYNYGY PORTAL gives users of an iPhone™, BlackBerry®, or Windows Mobile® device on-the-spot, up-to-date access to their sales compensation and sales performance reports and analyses, including information such as:

  • incentive compensation results and payments
  • rewards and recognition
  • quota attainment
  • objective (MBO) achievement
  • exceptions and adjustments
  • territory, customer, and product forecasts
  • sales pipeline analyses

The application also allows salespeople to receive and confirm acceptance of sales compensation plans and other documents, and it enables users to access subordinate information, unlimited historical information, sales transactions, and other data from corporate databases.

In addition, the application tightly integrates with Salesforce CRM, which enables users to access sales reports and analyses that combine data from Salesforce CRM with data from Synygy’s suite of SPM applications to create meaningful insight into sales performance that cannot be achieved from CRM alone.

Upcoming releases of the mobile edition of SYNYGY PORTAL will include the ability to:

  • search across all sales, performance, and compensation reports
  • review and take action on disputes and inquiries from the sales force
  • review and correct data based on access permissions
  • manage participants, assignments, hierarchies, compensation plan parameters, and other information
