SunGard Completes Assessment of Synygy’s HIPAA Compliance

  • Physical safeguards including facility access, validation controls, and maintenance records documentation
  • Technical safeguards including hosting environment system access, data encryption and decryption, and internal monitoring and audit procedures
  • Organizational requirements including execution of non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements
  • Documentation requirements including establishment and maintenance of written policies and procedures
