Training

For clients taking on plan management responsibilities, Synygy’s training offerings range from core training, which uses universal examples to illustrate software functionality, to on-the-job training, which teaches clients about their solution through side-by-side interaction with the Synygy implementation team, to custom training, which provides unique content using the configuration and business rules for the client’s solution.

Delivery mechanisms range from in-depth facilitation in intensive "hands-on" labs in a classroom setting, via webcast, or on the job, to self-paced online courses.

  • how to define processes to perform calculations and data manipulations
  • considerations for organizing processes in a plan, including the use of process dependencies to determine the order in which processes are run

Pre-Requisites: Data
Course Length: 5 hours

Models

session describes how to use models functionality to create different “environments” for purposes like testing changes to the system; modeling plan changes, etc. Topics include:

  • how to use a model to make changes to objects without copying the “live” production system, and without affecting the “live” objects

CUSTOM TRAINING

In addition to Synygy’s Core Training, Synygy offers custom training to suit the particular needs of each client. This training generally falls into one of several categories:

  • Field training supports field rollout, especially in situations where new compensation plans are part of the rollout, or when new processes are being used, such as with new modules.
  • Synygy offers a “train-the-trainer” approach, if desired, empowering your in-house training department to facilitate all or some aspects of field training.
  • Supplemental Administrator training deepens such skills as in-depth troubleshooting, ad-hoc reporting, and more, to make the administrative function more efficient and robust.
  • Configuration training is available for deeper training around configuration, such as process design approaches, report design techniques, etc., and Synygy will share best practices in each of the desired areas.

Whatever your needs, Synygy can create and deliver the ideal training for each user group. For further details and questions, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
