Synygy’s on-premise SCM software is the exact same software as Synygy’s on-demand software. The only difference is where the software is installed.
When deployed on-premise, Synygy’s SCM software is installed at the client’s data center (rather than at Synygy’s data center) and the client assumes responsibility for providing:
• application, data, server, network, and physical security • 24x7 application availability • maintenance and upgrades of hardware, third-party software, and Synygy's software
