Synygy delivers value to society through education, community involvement and supporting the environment. Under our Synygy Community Outreach program, we have been involved in various activities.
School Supply Drive
Synygy employees formed Synygreen to do their part in helping the company conserve energy and create a greener work environment. Focused on projects where, collectively, individual action can effect the greatest change, Synygreen is making a difference in each of Synygy's global offices.
In Chester.
- Synygreen's Earth Day celebration raised the funds to adopt 20 acres of Brazilian rainforest
- Ceramic mugs have been distributed to cut down on the use of paper and styrofoam cups
- Employees and new hires are encouraged to bring their complimentary "Herbert" pint glasses to the on-site events each month
- Employees "adopted" plants for their workspaces to increase the air quality and appearance of the office
- A recycling center has been established for employees to deposit their used batteries, newspapers, magazines, glass, aluminum, plastic, styrofoam peanuts, and wire hangers
- Recycled copy paper is now used in all office printers and fax machines
In India.
- Lights are turned off in unoccupied offices during the day to conserve electricity
- Windows are opened in lieu of air conditioning whenever possible
- Employees received reusable plastic coffee cups and water bottles
- Café meals are served on reusable plates and with silverware to reduce waste
In Scottsdale.
- Employees adopted plants for their workspaces to increase the air quality and appearance of the office

- A recycling center has been established for employees to deposit their used plastic, glass, aluminum, and newspaper
