Mark A. Stiffler
Founder, President, and CEO

Mark Stiffler founded Synygy, Inc. in 1991
and is its president and CEO. Mr. Stiffler has
won numerous awards for his success in growing
Synygy from a concept to over 450 employees worldwide
and is a recognized expert in sales performance
management.
Based on his two decades of experience consulting
with Fortune 1000 companies, Mr. Stiffler recently
authored PERFORMANCE: Creating the Performance-Driven
Organization (Wiley Press).
Mr. Stiffler is a frequent speaker on the topic
of sales performance management and a long-time
guest lecturer in entrepreneurial marketing at
the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
He is also an active member of Young Presidents'
Organization (YPO), a group of 10,000 chief executives
under age 50 from 75 nations.
Mr. Stiffler received an MBA from the Sloan School
of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT) and bachelor degrees in Civil
Engineering (Project Management) and Management
Information Systems from MIT.

Walt E. Montague
Vice President and General Counsel

Walt Montague has held the position
of Vice President and General Counsel of Synygy,
Inc. since 1992 and is Synygy's most tenured employee.
With 26 years of corporate law experience, Mr.
Montague is responsible for managing all of Synygy's
legal matters, including client contracts, vendor,
employee, and lender agreements, and real estate
leases.
Mr. Montague has an undergraduate degree in economics
from Boston College and a JD from Harvard Law
School.

Marc Bernanke
Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Marc Bernanke is Vice President, Worldwide Sales. At Synygy since 2003, he is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of Synygy's domestic and international sales teams.
Mr. Bernanke's range of experience encompasses all aspects of enterprise sales, and he brings a unique combination of business and software technology knowledge and expertise to address complex sales compensation management issues at large companies.
Mr. Bernanke holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina School of Business and a BA degree in government and international studies, also from USC.

Scott Cawood
Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources

Scott Cawood assumed the position of Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources at Synygy in 2006. He is responsible for the company's global human resources strategy, systems, and processes.
A frequent speaker on the topic of how to turn a company's culture into a competitive advantage, Mr. Cawood is co-author of Destination Profit: Creating People-Profit Opportunities in Your Organization, an examination of companies that are leading the way in creating great organizations where people want to work.
Mr. Cawood holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Organization Behavior from Kennedy Western University and an MA in University Administration, Labor, and Industrial Relations Cognate and a BA in Communication from Michigan State University.

Jeff Evernham
Vice President, Worldwide Client Services

Jeff Evernham joined Synygy in 1997 and now, as Vice President of Worldwide Client Services, leads Synygy's 200-person global professional services organization in the sale and delivery of sales performance management solutions.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Evernham was a managing director at Synygy. He has helped over thirty clients across multiple industries improve sales force effectiveness through improvements in sales compensation management, sales analytics, quotas management, sales force sizing and alignment, and objectives management.
Mr. Evernham is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with MS and BS degrees in aerospace engineering.

Chetan J. Shah
Chief Technology Officer

Chetan Shah has been employed
by Synygy since 1994. He is currently Chief Technology Officer and is responsible
for software development, information systems,
and data center operations.
Over the past 12 years, Mr. Shah has been the
chief architect of Synygy's software, had lead
the growth of Synygy's software development organization
from 25 to 150 people, and most recently, has
been instrumental in implementing Synygy's global
labor strategy and managing Synygy's global operations.
Mr. Shah has a masters degree in Computer Science
from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from
University of Scranton, and a bachelors degree
in Commerce from the University of Bombay.
